The Land Rover Coolant Pipe Upgrade Kit includes the following items with their OEM part numbers:

Notes: The  Land Rover aluminum pipes provides greater resilience to pressure and heat, unlike the plastic pipes, throttle body inlet elbow and melting bleeder valves, which melt and crack causing severe engine damage.

This Kit does not fit the naturally aspirated 5.0L engine. The Copper Elbow is made to fit LR048474, LR049990 revised versions of Thermostat outlet Hose.
